I've already disabled my firewall/antivirus, also unninstalled GoS loader (%appdata%) and, as you can see on the print screen, im using the "Manual Patch Select" option. Any help?

Clear your %appdata%
Add GoS as exception in your AntiVirus software or just stop it.
Run GoS as Admin.
Do you have any modifications on your League of Legends ? Modifications like FPSBoosters, Mod Installers, Custom Launcher and Client, Graphics changers etc.. If you have then reinstall League of Legends and dont use any modifications.

suggest reinstalling windows, dont use windows update
