hi, support needs support here

one of our member faces this error at loading screen:

 

BUGSPLAT --------------------------- BugSplat occured at address: [new.dll+0x18553] With exception code: [0xC0000005] Version build [1.4]

 

i teamviewer-ed him for couple of hours but problem persisted, i really dont know what to do (run as admin, redownloaded commons, vcredist installed, deleted %temp%, turned off antivirus, ...)

 

his os: windows 10, region: taiwan garena

I got the same problems, when i want to reconnect to game its says network connection errors.

if your on garena you need an NA.exe (league of legends.exe from na servers) should fix it

i did it

close loader -> go ingame -> change to borderless mode -> reopen loader -> profit
