Você não consegue abrir porque seu IP está bloqueado para acessar o GoS. Nada pessoal, alguns estão assim, incluindo o meu. Solução foi simples. Baixei um VPS, ativo para mudar o meu IP, abro o GoS normalmente, atualizo e logo após desativo o VPS (com o vps ligado, sua net fica com conexão ruim), depois de desligar ele volta ao IP original e o GoS roda normalmente. Uso o GetPrivate, foi um dos únicos VPS que encontrei que funciona e que é grátis. Qualquer dúvida pergunta aqui.
