Combo / Harass and menu bug ?!

Guys, i have a bug - whatever the ORB i select and champ - when i hold the specific key for combo / harass / lane clear etc  - i doesn't work.

The champ just stand still and doesn't even move to the position of the cursor.

 

Ive tried below: 

1) Re-download GOS (clean install)

2) Clear %appdata%

3) Clear menu config etc
