Getting amount of damage a spell does

Noob question I know, but I want to get the amount of damage a spell does (ignoring MR of target for now), is there a quick way to do that?

 

I didn't see anything in GetSpellData that gives this...

 

Or do I have to calculate it myself based on champion level and AP?
