If anyone could tell me a few things about Akali's passive:

First, I know it is a double skill sort of thing: The first hit heals her, the second hit deals bonus damage, if it's dealt within 4 seconds of the first. and then it goes into cd.

1 does the buff changes name from first state to second and does it have a name while in cd?

2 what are those names?

3 does the passive still goes into cd if I hit once and then I don't hit for a second time?

Also, I don't have a lot of time to play lately, since I was banned from L#. What little time I have I use trying to get an account to level 10 so I can use the new training tool (because I'm not going to test scripts on my main account). And also, trying to code.
