They provide different options. Some provide more options for customizing it to your liking, and some don't. Some have different target selection algorithms than others. Some have different humanizer choices. Some have different prediction choices. It's all based on personal preference.
Note that some orbwalkers are simply better at doing a thing than others. This is why people are asking which one is the best. There is no "best" orbwalker as it's subjective. Currently it's said that DAC:R is the orbwalker that's fulfilled most of the users' needs. It's simple yet it provides a lot of customization. You should try all of them, in various conditions to really see which one suits you.
have i any mode for disable orbwalker when i have GoS while playing? i usually play with SpaceBar pressed and its make me crazy , i mean , can i juist take the options likes autododge and spells range?

if you disable orbwalker, your champion script wont do spells
but you can disable it by pressing shift -> orbwalker -> disable -> press F6 twice
