It is written using .Net, so you can just decompile it using ILSpy or dotPeek (or any other .net decompiler) and read the sourcecode

Would you like english. If you like, I can do it using translation. Friends who want to use can easily learn how to use it by translating. I do not know how to write a lua file and it is a risk to ban lua files injected into the game.
