He's Platy, I recently bought one month from him and I already had bought another some time ago. Top bloke and trustable, but you'll need Feretorix to check the payment and enable your subscription, tho.

He's not new just in disguise. You can buy from him but the process may take days or even week, it's up to you.

The process is just luck of the draw 
If you buy while fere is onine you get it instantly, could take up to 2 days if not.
24 hours after payment seems to the be usual
