After 2 of my accounts were banned for using another platform with injection, I made 2 new ones exclusively for use of GoS Internal and External.
After 1 week, the account with use of GoS Internal got banned (today to be exact). "Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Thu Jan 01 00:00:00 UTC 9001"
Normal usage with Kog'maw as the main champ. Only had a few games on it. Haven't played on it for a few days.
The other account that is being used for external exclusively is still going strong with plenty of games played on it. Being played on it daily.

Ext will not receive any auto ban, needs to be manually banned, with proof, a lot of reports and replay analysis... then ya, you shouldnt be banned for now xD
