I wanna use GoS scripts but I need if it's safe, I mean what are the chances of getting banned by Riot for thrid programs and what are the basic tips that might help me out to decrease the chance of getting banned.

External %100 safe (not injection game)
There is always a way to detect external, so not 100% safe, but yeah atm we can play without getting banned.

Youre right, but at this point and atm, we're fine so, atleast for eune/west etc servers 
so 100% until they wont change anything like on garena etc servers
