Its a known issue try restarting your router mostly fixes this issue, if however it still consists try logging in through a vpn.

i have searched forums and followed every guide. i was able to login to the loader once but since then i get a http service unavailable error or this: https://gyazo.com/38...12532153c1ea885

 

If i had to guess money i would say someone with a $5 ddos webpanel is attacking the DB that the loader runs off.

 

in any case is this just me? anyone else having this issue?
