Does external works on windows 10?

Hello guys, I can't access external's subform so I'm posting here.
 
As the title says, I want to buy the external bot, and my question is this: does it work on windows 10? I'm on version 1703 (Creators Update), build 15063.413.
 
So, does it work in that version?

I got 1607 and I use mbam.exe as my dummy process and all works fine till game starts and then it shows no menu?
