I'm facing a problem with an orbwalker I'm fixing which is that even with no delay, within the time between moving the mouse to a minions position, and sending the mouse event to rightclick if the player moves the mouse, then there is the chance that instead of attacking the minion, the mouse will have moved far enough that it will be over a different unit, or no longer ontop of the unit. This is problematic as it means that moving the mouse around while orbwalking has a small chance to do things like autoattack the wrong unit or end up walking towards a unit instead of attacking it. The likelihood of this occuring increases with the mouse sensitivity and DPI.

Is there a workaround for this problem?

If not, would it possible for a function to block the user from moving the mouse to be added to the EXT API?

I remember this was discussed before. Might be an interesting thing to have, if doable.
