I know there are threads about increasing fps and all that. Thats not really what it is for me here. With league on very high everything I get like 200-300 fps and I do not have a slow computer. If I turn down the video setting in lol it becomes much more usable but I kinda like playing with better looking graphics. It just doesn't seem like it should be such a drain on my GPU like it is. Maybe I should put my other video card in and use Xfire? I dunno.

Yes it does and by a ton actually. There is threads talking about how it decreases FPS. One of the things I guess is the circles it draws and line thickness. That can really hammer your FPS.

I have a - AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series I actually have 2 of them for cross fire but am only using 1 right now. And yes that is my fps without GoS. I can turn down the graphics and it will stay somewhere around 90 or so usually. Sometimes though it will dip below 60 depending on what is going on.

It's not gos it's your pc that can't use GoS
Another user said same thing "No my pc is so gud I can run games max graphics and stuff , but when I turn on GoS it drops my fps "
That is your pc problem not GoS or something , There is a guide in guides section how to increase fps .
For me game runs 60-100 fps without GoS and 60-80 with GoS

If you are talking about the one that pinned in the guide section then that is not going to help.
I wouldn't really call that a guide as it is more like some decent advice and sorta common sense in a way. It doesn't really contain any ground breaking knowledge that would change anything. I will tell you its not because my computer is dusty or I need to clean my registry that it drops my fps so much. Unless its magic dust or garbage files that only have a effect on my computer when I load GoS. I appreciate it though.

Without trying all those things you won't know what causes it

Well we can just pretend " I did all of that " My computer is no longer sitting on the dirt floor. And I moved it away from the fireplace that is always on even in the summer. I smashed my speakers and my headset so the sound should be disabled now I assume. I also finally plugged my desktop in so hopefully that might make some kind of improvement. I went and traded in all my old clubs and got a whole new set drivers and all not just irons. So those should be up to date. I did kinda run into trouble when I went to defrag my hard drive. It was a pain to get out of the computer first off. There was like screw or something holding it in there. After I finally got it out and hit it with the hammer to defrag it my computer wouldn't turn on anymore when I put it back in. Would you believe I had to go and get a whole new hard drive! I mean who knew? I think I must of not hit it in the right spot or something.
