Internal Bugsplat Error

I have problem when I start the game after the champion select it causes a bugsplat error and my game crashes, when I try to reconnect the same thing happens again, this only happens when I have gos running, it injects but the game crashes. I tried the windowed mode, common folder but nothing solved the problem, I would be happy if someone could have an answer to my problem. I didn't had this problem before, just today.
