i've bought a VIP Sub and it worked, everything was fine but i disabled auto-subscription and now it's gone...
even tho it should stay to 27 january 18
but my rank is "Members" not Sub...

This is a $#%^ joke, i've had Sub for like 7 days only and now it doesn't work and nobody cares.
I've written in Discord, i applied for support in client area, posted in forum and PM'd admin.
Really great %#$% support, no response at all.
