Your question has been asked a thousand times. The sheer lazyness people display is disturbing. All you have to do is check any of the guides/suppors threads or, god forbid, use the search function and youll have a fix for your problem.

your a moron. doing a search shows that the only solution is to check to see if c++ and direct x are installed.
