I open the loader but nothing happens...

So I've downloaded the loader but nothing comes up. I'm unable to do the f7 menu in game, I've tried downloading the script to see if that would open the loader but still nothing. It shows up in alt + tab as a login screen but when I do alt tab top it nothing comes up.
