I can't open the Loader, it stuck on the login panel, i don't know what to do and i can't write in chat on the forum, suggestion?

I deleted the loader for re-download it and i can't downlod it now, 0kb/s download from gos site, i can download everything else, just having problem with this site, maybe try to clean the caches or somthign similar?

I'v done everything possible, restarted pc, restarted internet, tried a vpn, tried to change my hwid, different browser, tried with smartphone too, maybe the problem is for gos.

Problem solved, my internet provider is having problem with some sites and gaming network like battle.net, fortnite etc.
