The Q positioning is based on mouse position.

Using IWO, still having the same problem as most ppl, when in a combo it Q into the enemy direction instead of mice cursor.

I dont, its pretty easy to use though I have only been using GoS for a very short time, select IOW as your orb walker, press space to attack champs, V to push the wave, c to last hit minions and harass champions, and x to last hit.
