The admins obviously, they dont just click a button and everything is updated that's not how this works. They can't give an ETA on internal because of the new Riot Anticheat. External has just updated. Since you're a free user I don't think you are in any position to make demands for updates.

Nobody knows really but right now internal scripting on league is troublesome. A lot of scripting sites closed or went private, we'll have to wait and see
