Hi , two days ago i bought external , on website it says it expire 26/11/2018 but it is not active, i can't run it.
I had subscriber , i disabled autorenew for the Vip external and i haven't anymore my subscription. im pretty sure i paid it.

if you disabled auto renew for VIP(doesn't actually auto renew your VIP btw) it glitches your whole account and Feretorix would need to fix it which could take weeks, so might as well make a whole new account and purchase VIP again.

Then just wait patiently like me LOL. Feretorix could compensate the lost days or could link both account together for the extra days of VIP.

Same here man. Purchased vip yesterday just to come to realisation they are waiting for next patch due to a/c reasons etc.. i think well be compesated with the days we could not use it, alltho im not sure since its my first day here. At competitors they used to compesate idk about here.. anyways stay patient mate

xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD honestly i dont care about these 10$ but this platform is very bad peoples cant wait 2 weeks for a vip activation cmon.
