I did this config to on Jungli were better porches or such. gank you do on mid warda you use for your opponent and you click spaces then performs a good combo or R, Q, E

Tools needed: Notepad, Keyboard, Brain, Mouse for the weakDecisions to make: Item slot, Keybind ( I chose 6 as my item slot and T as my key )Since the option menu update in game, you are unable to bind two things to one key, in game. When you try, it unbinds the previous option set.
You can, however, navigate to your League of Legends folder and edit this manually.
Navigate to \League of Legends\Config\input.ini it should look something like this.
[GameEvents]
evtCastAvatarSpell1=[d]
evtCastAvatarSpell2=[f]
evtNormalCastItem1=[1]
evtNormalCastItem2=[2]
evtNormalCastItem3=[3]
evtCastSpell1=[q]
evtCastSpell2=[w],[t] <----- (,[t]) should be missing, add it

Yours will look similar but be different, Riot has a weird way of writing to their files. The only things we are worried about are the lines:
evtCastSpell2=[w],[t] and evtSmartCastItem6=[t] and evtCastSpell2smart=1
Your file should look something like this now. ( I gave mine a bit of order, you can directly copy and save this to have my setup or modify it to your liking. )\League of Legends\Config\input.ini[GameEvents]

Congratulations Summoner, you can now mash one key for ward jumping. I recommend trying it out in a custom game so you do not scrub it up in a real match.
