None of this is broken.
Example of togglestate on Zed:
You will have to check yourself what League updated in the core and adjust your script for patch 9.20 instead.
And example of levelPts:
Note that level points might not be available for enemy players or teammates, just like gold.
You can still calculate them by checking all their leveled up spells against their current champion level.
Long time ago they screwed up stacks on Twitch so we had to count the poison on enemies by a different method.
Check if you can do something similar for Irelia, but I am positive that buffs are not broken.
