- Go to control panel/program and features delete all the c++ versions that you have.
- Install c++ 2013 x64 and x86 = https://www.microsof...s.aspx?id=52685
-Install c++ 2015 x64 and x86 = https://www.microsof...s.aspx?id=52685
- restart your pc - you are ready to go!

Hey again! You don't have c++ 2013 x86 so you should install it.
