Loader Problem

Best Answer Aristo , 26 January 2022 - 06:56

Ah, that fixed it! I don't know why I didn't think of the AppData folder. Thank you!

Glad to hear it's fine now. No problem. :)

Hello!

I submitted a support ticket but it hasn't gotten any replies in 2 days. Would like to ask here instead.

My password had a special character in it and I clicked remember password. It keeps giving me an error for my password and since I had it to remember my password, it keeps giving me the error whenever I start the loader. So I tried to change my password and I've tried clearing my cache my cleaning system files and tried re-downloading the loader and it still does the same thing.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

EDIT: The error says "No argument for %4a" since my password started with %4a.

Also, I can't add any images.

Hello, if you've changed your password and didn't use those special characters it should be fine.

Just try to delete gamingonsteroids folder on appdata/roaming and re-login.

Note: Support ticket isn't working, so you can use our support forums instead.
