Hey there, if you've paid via crypto you need to wait for admin to activate it manually. Usually takes less than 24hours or 2 days.

no i used credit card. the subscription worked for 2 days and now its gone.
but on purchases menu it says expires on 9. april

I don't think it happened randomly, did you cancel the membership? Because there is no renewal here. So no need to cancel anything.
Anyway, I will message our admin to activate your membership back, please do not cancel anything.
