If you don't see them in the stream preview, then nobody will.
Also, keep in mind that the Jump Indicator feature is visible on streams

It mainly depends on OBS honestly. Search around on the forum, I posted a "tutorial" on it ~1 year ago. The tool uses present hook, which OBS loves to hook. If it hooks the swapchain without the tool, it won't be visible. But if it decides to rehook for some reason, well, then it can show. The hook could be made streamproof by hooking other stuff, like steam / discord overlay, etc, but since a big portion of the userbase isn't using steam nowadays, it's unstable.
