I am sorry I don't follow you. You can resell; apply for Reseller rank in that forum, not here. (Message Feretorix and tell that you want to be a Reseller, and apply for Reseller rank.)
Then You can buy bulk keys as much as you want; the more key, the more discount; you don't need to pay a large amount of money or something to be a Reseller.
