Firstly, this is really easy to do so don't overthink on it.
- Click on cancel. (shown in the screenshot)
- Go to gos store: http://gamingonsteroids.com/store/ select the product you wanna buy.
- Then you will get an error click on "click here to view or renew..." then on the right there will be a button to renew.
- Pay it, enjoy.
