Just as the title says, I’m wondering if any of y’all ever got a comment like “cheater, script… etc.” from their opponent or teammate in game.

In my personal experience, never. But if you use the wall wave dash a lot, it can be obvious to some players

In the past 3 years of use, I think I've had 2-3 times where someone thought I was cheating. That was just when the competitive Nexto bot videos were popular.

As Heisa stated, be moderate with your usage of Wall Wave Dash. Demo bot and dribble bot can also raise suspicion if overused.

But generally speaking, the average player is very unlikely to assume someone in their game is cheating unless you look like a full out Nexto bot the entire time. I've even told my teammates their boost % in team chat after they lie and say "Need boost!" and they still had no idea lol. But obviously don't do that

Ironically it's probably easier for other GoS users to spot GoS users because of the way their car moves sometimes we know how it looks. I was playing against someone in 1v1 and just typed GoS in the chat and the guy was like "yep" lol

This just about sums it up. It is quite unlikely that someone will suspect you're cheating unless they too have used GoS, or they've seen it on YouTube. The average rocket league player is just not aware.

I have been cheating with my friends since 2020, they have NEVER suspected me of anything :)
