Having a low starting velocity makes it so you fly up to the ball faster, but it ruins dribble to air dribbles since it basically makes your car automatically look straight up, which is not the correct angle for air dribbles.
I think that it would be great, if like with the auto flip cancel cancellation setting, you could make it so when you are close to the ball the starting velocity does not affect you.
The starting velocity is used to get up to the ball faster which is useless if the ball is on top of your car, so I think it would be a great addition.

Agree with this. Without starting velocity, the aerial bot is too slow to reach the ball as fast as your opponent specially in higher ranks. Starting velocity is very important in my opinion, but I don't see many discussions about it. Glad you brough it up.

Starting Velocity doesn't really make it fly faster, it just gains more height rather than going directly towards the target within the given time to the target.
I will be adding some kind of a feature that would prefer gaining more height than just going directly towards the intercept point

I can agree with their request, cant wait for futures updates on this.
Also another idea would be to be able to set 2 different starting velocity for the different aerial modes selected. examble : be able to set 1300 velocity for the Normal Freestyle and 1650 velocity for the Alt normal aerial.
Being able to do this could literally be a game changer.
