I purchased GOS RL and for some reason was given LoL tool instead. never played LoL and have no use for it. I opened a support ticket a week ago with screenshots and still no update from anyone. The time on the purchase is running out and I never even received what I paid for. Who can I reach out to for help?

Hello, I don't think you bought RL and got LoL, on the loader LoL INT was free in the past so it shows "download/install" button to everyone, even if you don't buy anything but it's not working/outdated.

You canceled the membership and ended up losing the RL access, as there's no auto-renewal on gos. It says on the store before making any purchase.

We've re-activated your membership, in the future do NOT cancel anything as you won't get charged auto, it expires at end of the term!

And please, if you face any problems in the future use the support forums, we just saw this thread, you did not create one till now.

Info about there's no auto-renewal.
