Just make backup folder in your config path and use any config tweak here and there and you'll find something that works for you..

There is no "Best" there is playstyle difference and you can also make the tweaks yourself if you spend few hours you will have your own customized trainer...

Its best if you read each section of what it does.. it is a lot of information so step by step go for each bot understand the features and what they do and customize to your liking.. hope it helps..
