Hey, pardon me, I had an issue with the renewal. I renewed it on April 18th, and it expired on May 8th. I bought it for a month, but I don't understand why we can't get the renewal from the shop and have to renew from a previous purchase. It's annoying. Now, I need to buy it for six months, and I can't due to this renewal stuff. I would appreciate the help. Thank you very much. Have a nice day!

Hello, due to forum software's limitations, the plan changes have to be made by the Admin, I'll message our admin to change your plan to the 6 months one. Then you can renew it for 6 months. 

Also I will let him know about the renewal bug where you got 20 days instead of 30. (If that's the case it'll be fixed.)

Your plans been changed to 6 months, also admin said you paid for 10 days tier so should be correct.

Last night, I paid for a 10-day subscription since I couldn't commit to the 6-month option. Before that, I paid on April 18th, and the payment was completed on April 19th for $31.98, which covered the monthly subscription. However, it expired after only 20 days.
