Hello, if you have windows defender only, check it, you shouldve received errors about gos loader, simply allow the loader on the defender. If you have any other antivirus software simply uninstall them, restart your PC and try again.

I will check it for you, if i also confirm "nothing works" I will recommend reformating windows. Because if nothing works then something isn't right with the windows but I need to check first before i recommend doing that.
