Couple of things I can think of:

DNS Issues or blocked access from the ISP.

Check your DNS settings, it could be saved per network and automatically assign you a DNS server

If it's an ISP issue, you can try visiting the website using a web proxy service, for example: http://proxysite.com and enter "https://gamingonsteroids.com/"

If you're not sure how to do this:

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Network -> Network and Sharing Center
  3. Change Adapter Settings
  4. Look for WIFI Adapter -> Right Click -> Properties
  5. (Optional) Look for IPv6 -> Uncheck
  6. Look for IPv4 -> Click / Highlight IPv4 -> Properties
  7. Top Section: Select 'Obtain an IP address automatically'
  8. Bottom Section: 'Use the following DNS server addresses'

Google's DNS(Option 1):
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
CloudFlare's DNS(Option 2):
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1

Guide from CloudFlare's site:
