Are you pressing anything else that can override the inputs ? Any directional control ? From the video it looks like there's some directional input conflicting with it.

I use joytokey, and when kickoffs I use d pad down to simulate V key press, both buttons do absolutely nothing in game as they are bounded to nothing.
I have standard/default settings except:
air roll left to r1 and air roll right to l1 powerslide to l1 and scoreboard to l3 https://imgur.com/a/m2nubM5

A couple of things I would try is:
- Try with a keyboard first and only hold the [Kickoff Bot]'s hotkey only
- Check your in-game control settings, like Aerial Sensitivity, Dodge Deadzone, not sure if these would interfere, but worth to try
- What's your FPS/Ping ?

Aerial sens - 1
Dodge - 0.85
FPS - 240 stable
Ping - 20-30

Perhaps the mapping software is not actually holding the keyboard key, but rather spamming it?

If it's "spamming" the key, the [Kickoff Bot] will be toggled on/off really fast and it will ruin the sequence causing this sideways jump
