cant open loader

When you disabled/removed antiviruses, did you redownload the files again ? Fully reinstall everything. Make sure to whitelist/add exception the RL_Hook.dll in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamingOnSteroids\RL as well. Same for the Loader.exe If you're going to be using an antivirus. 

99.% of  the times this is an antivirus issue modifying the file. And this is why you get this error. If you have anything that touches it, it will error

i cant open the gos loader, it says : File corrupted! This program has been manipulated and maybe its infected by a virus or a cracked. this file wont work anymore.                 i dont have an anti virus program and turned off the windows security system. i also have made an firewall exception and have done an exclude file for the program. i tried every solution in the support but none of it works. please help me.  i have also downloaded it multiple times without anitvirus protection
