To summarize briefly, I am trying to install Goas Loader. When I click on the file, I get this message, translated into English, which gives: Windows cannot access the devices at the specified path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.

Hello, your antivirus is messing with the loader file gets corrupted and it gives this error. If you have any other antivirus than windows defender you should uninstall it and restart your pc and try again.

If you have only windows defender, you need to allow the loader on it.
