bought 10days but loader says to buy a subscription

just bought 10 days sub a few minutes ago and got charged for 15€ but doesnt get my membership. Did i do smth wrong?

Hello, did you cancel the membership? 

We just re-activated your membership, please do not cancel membership in the future, there's no subscriptions, we don't have autorenewals.
