Hit windows key + r type %appdata% and hit enter then delete the gamingonsteroids folder there, then restart your device and re-run the loader and try again.

Then I highly recommend reformating your device, because when nothing helps it's a bug on windows.
You can use this ISO to reformat:

and try again, it will be fixed.

I do everything the problem not my PC
The loader is working at the moment so something is off on your device.
- Log out by clicking profile picture.
- Try logging in with a non existing account, like asdasd(username) fsfdsfds (password)
- Close the launcher then log with your account.
If this does not help, you have to try to reformat your device.
