Hello, we do not have auto-renewal on our platforms, this info also can be found on the store before buying anything, and canceling the membership causes this issue, I will contact our admin to re-activate your membership, please do not cancel it in the future.
Also please don't use caps lock on for all letters, it actually makes it harder to read.
