I am writing to you because several weeks ago I purchased a one-month premium subscription to League of Legends, but the software did not work on my old computer. I was offered a refund, which I accepted, but I never received anything. However, I am not here to demand my refund, but only to obtain a 1- or 2-day key so that I can try again on my new computer to see if the premium version will work. If it does, then I will be willing to purchase it for the month.

First it is not a few weeks ago but at 16th July, a few months back.

I am sorry to hear that it wasn't working on your PC back then and we were unable to resolve the issue.

You were offered a refund indeed and I will upload proof that we send it so future customers know we're not scammers.

And yes you can't really demand a refund for something you received a refund for.

We do not offer a 1-2 day key, the best you can do is purchase it for 10 days and try to resolve any issues in that time-span. If it works or we need time fixing it for you we will credit back the lost days passed while fixing it up. Let me know if you need any help with that.

 

A hint I can give you before any purchase, you can use it with 23h2 or any lower windows version as long as it is a "fresh windows reinstall" and "without any additional updates yet". To achieve that you need WUB (windows update blocker) https://www.sordum.o...-update-blocker

If you have windows updates installed (on a not so fresh install), you need to uninstall them to get it as close to a fresh install to make it work.

Or alternatively you can download and install a custom lightweight windows from https://www.youtube.com/@GHOSTSPECTRE (lower or equal to 23h2)
