GOS EXTP (Priv8) - Need help to buy / renew

Hello there!

 

Used to buy the GOS EXTP (Priv8) back in the days when it was released in 2024 (as I was kindly granted access to it as a long term buyer) but after a few monthes I had to be AFgames for a while.

 

I'm coming back to the game now and was interested in the 49.99 monthly subscription but when I try to buy it it says :

 

"You have already purchased that item and it cannot be purchased again. Click here to view or renew your existing purchase."

 

In my clent area >> expired invoices, i had the 99.99 one. I tried to mark it as canceled in order to buy the 49.99 monthly one but I still can't (same error message).

 

Is there anything I did wrong/didn't understand or anything I can do to resub?
