As the title says. I noticed this many times. The bot decides to do some random **** direction when the enemy is hitting the ball. Lets say the enemy is just in the air on its way to hit the ball. The bot decides to orient in a way so it doesnt have to go UP THERE TO THE BALL.
Or the guy is boosting towards the ball, pops it up a bit, i jump, hold the aerial bot, and its not ORIENTING TOWARDS THE BALL NOSE UP.
This retarded behaviour is ONLY when enemy is at the ball. WhY???????????

don't worry heisa will come and say this won't happen in V4

Because the intercept changes? Physics, hello?
Bot aims at where the aerial intercept currently is => enemy hits the ball => ball receives force in the direction where the enemy contacted it with the part of it's hitbox => ball prediction changes to account for that new change
=> aerial intercept changes to account for the new ball positions => aerial bot aims at the new aerial intercept => car orients immediately to face the new aerial intercept.
So no, nothing "random" here. Completely normal without predicting the outcome of the enemy hit and guessing where the ball will go.

What about the magnet effect that happens at random moments?
Also when aerialing towards a ball sometimes the bot positions the car to the bottom of it instead of the nose part

Not sure what you mean by 'magnet effect', care to elaborate?
As for the bot positioning the car to the bottom could be either:
1. Using an aerial mode set as [AD] Air Dribbling. It does exactly that
2. Going too fast initially ( on the ground before starting the aerial ) and not having enough time to get to the ball part that matters. The current trajectory it takes is more straightforward
With that being said, in the 3.9 versions there isn't too much room for the bot to account for human errors, such as the starting conditions of an aerial. So when properly aligned, and moving at a reasonable speed you increase the chances of getting into position

Can this feature be disabled? annoying as hell. Never intercepts the ball. The enemy always goes above me, the car refuses to fly UPWARDS. Very annoying.

What feature? The aerial intecept where the car can meet the ball at in the future? Interesting.
Please enlighten me what do you propose it should do.

then just dont hold the button, this program is not meant to play for you. dont press your ariel button and manually control your car for interceptions, or you can do both but you have to adjust so the bot can get to the ball

By magnet effect I meant when a ball goin in my direction if I press the button for the script to take control sometimes it goes the opposite way of it, similar to if you put 2 south pole magnets in front of each other's they will repel

Can you post a clip so we can see. I think I somewhat understand, but I just want to double check.

Again. My problem is that when enemy is going for the ball, but didnt touch it yet, the car orients in such a way that its trying to predict what the enemy plans to do. Most of the time when i hit the aerial key, it thinks the enemy won't pop it up, so it decides to stay low. Its orienting in a **** position, and i get played.

Primarily for Heisa & Smartie if they see this comment. In the training pack (5CCE-FB29-7B05-A0B1), shot 12 & shot 15 are good examples of what he's most likely talking about. The prediction point is closer towards the net than it is to the ball, so the nose of the car rather than pointing upwards to make good contact for a block, points its nose down towards the net resulting in either a whiff or awkward contact with the ball. [I had Aim at Goal disabled for this test.] I notice this can happen more often if you intend to hang out in the air passively waiting for a good opportunity rather than proactively/aggressively moving towards the ball. Hopefully this can help you address his woes better than I'm about to lol.
As of the current version, the best way to mitigate this on a micro level is to simply take over control once you're near the ball or start to notice your car moving in a way you don't like which unfortunately requires some skill and that's just how it is. On a macro level, you ideally want to be in a good position to make really easy & efficient first touches and "predict" the prediction point ahead of time.
There are also ways to make the chance of this "magnet effect" happen less like through your config like disabling "Aim at Goal", messing around with your intercept type, and even the way you use your aerial modes. I use Upside Down Aerial in conjunction w/ Alternate Freestyle & Alternate Freestyle 2 so I'm swapping between modes pretty fast.
It still happens to me more often on defense, but it's something you just kind of get used to & start to work around naturally with more time with the tool.
