Making a quick post to get some advice! With the tool i am high diamond and without im high plat at best, ill admit i dont understand all the options that well (e.g Risk Factors) but i feel like im not using it to its best ability, i see alot of people saying to feather the use and i believe i do that well but dont have to control im looking for, as in multiple resets and sidewall reads.

 

Ill drop my config here (basically just CTZY's 2026) and if anyone has any tips or tricks they could share with me on how to make a personalised config or any useful info for the community any help is appreciated! <3

if you wantyour own personalised config, start with the default config, then change setting by setting, you can do this in freeplay or using a custom pack, i personally use double tap playground to tweak my config

Allow me to help with two things you mentioned in your post.

First - Multiple resets, now yes GoS in its current state can certainly help achieve multiple resets. It isn’t designed to do so, often meaning after your first resets this is where your own mechanical skill needs to come into play. You will have a very hard time trying to achieve multiple resets solely relying on GoS and/or with minimal input. I’m sure @Heisa can touch on the ‘achievability’ of doing this in V4. But that’s where we are at right now.

Secondly - Sidewall reads, very much the same thing, the way I understand the way GoS calculates is like a triangle. Meaning, the two bottom points of a triangle are you/the goal. The top the ball. And what it’s calculating is (1) How does car best reach the ball based off your parameters (2) how does the car react to the ball to get in the net.

Why that’s important, is sidewall reads (I’m presuming you’re talking about trying to ‘redirect’ the ball towards the net from the wall) you won’t be able to do that without manual input. Every now and then it will surprise you and achieve that. But again, in its current state without the manual input, you will struggle.

Overall - to improve with GoS you also need to improve without GoS. As GoS is unique in that, it isn’t your typical cheat client that has an aimbot/ESP built in. It’s an assistance tool and how it should be looked at. It shouldn’t be there to be relied on if you want the best out of it.

My biggest tip outside of practice/training - watch your VoDs, and not your good ones, your bad ones. Be humble with yourself when watching and ask “did I use GoS here when I should’ve just done x,y z manually with maybe minimal GoS input).

It’s hard to say how to improve without understanding where you’re at/exactly going wrong. But you saying high plat unassisted indicates mechanically and game sense wise, you’re relatively inexperienced and for the aerial bot, to really best utilise it properly, you want to be able to do what it can. Without that, you will struggle to utilise it properly.

Great response! you are completely right about the experience thing, i am pretty inexperienced in general with rocket league (cant flip reset without gos haha) but your advice will be really handy! especially learning how to do the action so that you know how to manual input for said action with gos when needed, ill also start looking at my vods as that seems like really great advice.
