Hey I had a quick question about take off time and aim at goal corrections

If I'm using alt freestyle and have its take off time set to Normal

I was wondering if while its doing its Normal takeoff for 0.351ms (what i have it set to) it is using the Normal Aerial Risk Factor then after takeoff time is over it switches back to freestyle aerial risk factor, or since its on alt freestyle it is using freestyle aerial risk factor the entire time and doesnt switch?

No, it does not switch risk factors during the takeoff. That functionality only changes the orientation used in that time period.

The risk factor is purely based on the currently selected aerial mode, so if you're on the [Alt Freestyle] and as soon as you're off the ground it will use the freestyle risk factor the whole time.
