The following guide covers the basics of not getting banned for using GoS. By following this guide, you will minimize your chance of getting banned, but remember, there is ALWAYS a chance of getting banned while using 3rd party software.

Dont's - Dont do these!

  • Use Hotfixes - Even if they are official, you should wait for GoS to fully update.
  • Use cracks GoS will always be free of charge! :)
  • Talk about GoS ingame - Don't mention GoS on the chat. Don't use keywords such as "hack, script, evade, etc.", basically anything that only a scipter would know.
  • Be too obvious. - It's okay to turn off Evade and to miss some skillshots as Ezreal. You won't lose a game but you'll look more legit.
  • Spam one champion. - It's pretty obvious that you are scripting if you spam only Ryze and your KDA is 15/2/3. Just alternate between 2 or 3 champions and you will be fine.

How to react if you get called out for scripting/hacking:

First, remain calm. The person that called you out can't hurt you in any way if you do what I say.

There is no option to report ingame for hacking/scripting. The only thing the person can do is submit a replay along with a report to the Tribunal for consideration. Even if some players say that they recorded the battle and are going to report you, they won't do it because they are lazy.

You have 2 options on how to react to this in the chat:

1) Don't respond. - This is probably the best you can do, just mute the person.

2) Act like you don't know what scripting is. - This may also work, but I don't reconmended it since you are continuing the conversation and thus catching the bait.

If the player states the he might submit a replay and you are afraid of being banned:

Turn off GoS

Just finish the match without scripts.

Tl;Dr: Use common sense and don't be an idiot. Kappa
